Sustainable Seating

The new Mosspink sofa from German manufacturer Bruel has a frame made from FSC-certified wood and is filled with low-VOC foam. It's definitely a conversation piece that would add a certain something to the right space.
The couch is up for an award at Interior Design's Best of Year 2009 Awards.

Tween Re-Vamp

Our friend asked us to do something for her kid´s room ASAP. The color was dull, paint was peeling off due to a humidity problem, and overall, there was too much going on.
The kid, now a tween, had grown tired of the room, but mother & son could not reach a middle ground in regards to the renovation.
We took the tween´s love for football to re-invent his room, with little changes in paint in navy blue and kahki (which brought a new, more "grown up" vibe), roman shades in denim fabric, moldings and giant posters in adhesive vinyl. Mom and tween are happy :)
